About Us

        IDBI Staff College is an institute established by Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd. (IDBI Ltd.) in June 1991 for the development of executives mainly in the areas of finance, banking, management and organizational behavior. An Advisory Committee headed by the Chairman and Managing Director of IDBI Ltd. governs Staff College.

       We offer training to officers/executives of IDBI Ltd., other commercial banks, development banks in India and neighboring countries and corporates.
