Learning Resource Centre (LRC) at IDBI Staff College is housed in a spacious, air-conditioned functional premise and is equipped with ergonomically designed furniture and fittings. The serene surroundings and natural light filtering through a coffered exposed beam ceiling lends a unique design to the LRC. LRC caters to the growing information needs of the institute faculty, participants and staff of IDBI Ltd.

There is a rich and varied collection of reference material both in the form of electronic and print media, which meets the demanding information requirement of the faculty and participants. The collection in the LRC includes Books, Journals, Multimedia collection, Newspapers etc. A well-equipped multi-media centre with a good collection of management videos is a useful source for reference.

The library provides various services for its members such as lending of books and journals, reservation of books, document delivery, photocopying, multi-media and Internet services & video screening. All the library activities are computerized. The LRC is also supported by the library facilities of IDBI Ltd.
