Dr. Ravi Dasari holds a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management and completed masters both in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and Business Administration.

Dr. Ravi Dasari worked in ICFAI School of HRD prior to joining JNIDB and worked in business schools for around 12 years. He is a guest faculty for National HRD Network, NALSAR, SBI Staff College, ESI, NIT etc. He secured university first rank in his post graduation (Personnel Management and Industrial Relations).

Designing and conducting training programs in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management, Change Management, Negotiation Skills, Customer Relationship Management and Induction programmes etc.
