IDBI Staff College offers in-company and open programs for the officers in financial and banking sectors. Our in-company programs are offered as both on site as well as off site and are structured to meet specific organizational requirements. The open programs are offered in select areas of topical and current interest. Besides being the main training institute of IDBI Ltd., it conducts a number of programs on various topics for the officers of the Bank.
